This Vehicle Tie-Down System Deck Cleat kit comprises of a Deck Cleat on the main strap with a floating Pack Hook along with 2 x wear sleeves. Plus a compact buckle and tail strap assembly with a Deck Cleat designed for use under the vehicle chassis. For increased durability our strap loops are reinforced to reduce wear from hardware contact points.
